The property litigation team act for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals on all aspects of real estate and property disputes. The team also provide regular training event for clients and share knowledge and expertise in order to educate clients and reduce legal spend. As a result the team have a reputation for providing dependable and strategic advice, focussed on resolving disputes at the earliest possible stage whilst achieving the right results for clients.
This role will incorporate a varied caseload to include everything from; dilapidations, break notices and lease renewals through to working on highly complex property insolvency, fraud, injunctions, telecoms issues, right to light cases and reputational/business continuity risks presented by campaigns and protest groups.
