Your role would be a pivotal one, that draws from your expertise as a practising lawyer but with the chance to develop new skills, in a familiar environment. Working closely with your team, risk professionals and Partners, you would assist the firm in managing its regulatory and ethical obligations, as well as broader in-house legal requirements, such as:
- Commercial matters, ranging from contractual advice through to intellectual property.
- Employee and workplace matters.
- Corporate advice, including governance.
To complement this, you will take a lead on a major project to implement a new conflicts management solution, due to be rolled out to the business. You will harness stakeholder management and project delivery skills to advise, educate and embed behaviours across the firm's teams.
