This is an exciting role to join a talented legal team within an online gaming / entertainment company based in the West End.
You will provide advice to the business in relation to a variety IP matters including trade mark prosecution and portfolio management; trade mark clearance advice; trade mark opposition proceedings; handling IP infringement issues (including online takedowns, drafting and sending cease and desist letters; defending the business against any third party allegations of infringement; and preparing settlement agreements); patent prosecution and new patent filings; domain name portfolio management; and advising the business in relation to copyright matters (including sourcing appropriate licences, copyright clearance and use of third party copyright works).
To be considered for the role you will have trained and ideally had between 2-5+ years' post qualification IP experience in a top city firm. You may also have some in-house experience in the online, gaming, media or technology sectors but this is not essential.
