Insolvency Lawyer

Our nationally recognised client, shortlisted for national corporate restructuring team of the year and recognised in the legal directories, is looking to recruit an experienced senior associate insolvency lawyer to focus on large scale contentious insolvency work in Birmingham.

You will join their team of highly skilled national insolvency and restructuring lawyers that focus on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, with particular emphasis on supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders. Also providing advice to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties, providing bespoke and innovative solutions.

You will have an immediate impact within the team on the contentious side of the practice, as you will charged with dealing with insolvency litigation, acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds through the use of corporate and insolvency legislation.

You will bring several years of insolvency litigation experience and possess the confidence to run large scale insolvency litigation cases, supporting banks, insolvency practitioners, private equity holders and asset based lenders on a variety of matters arising from distressed lending, corporate recovery and insolvency.
