A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment lawyer to join the legal team of a Global Luxury Brand.
Responsibilities will include providing expert employment legal advice and support on a range of issues and to manage external counsel where necessary. You will advise on day to day employment matters including contract templates, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and restructuring. You will partner with HR colleagues (on a corporate and global basis) to ensure internal legal best practices for managing employee relations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong academic background and trained at a highly regarded law firm with 5+ years' experience. Previous or current in-house experience will be beneficial. You will have the ability to work autonomously, think strategically and creatively and communicate clearly and precisely. You must be enthusiastic, proactive, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. You will be able to work in a team environment and become an integral part of the business.
