The role offered is a mix of M&A, reorganisations, shareholder matters, corporate advisory work and business advisory matters. Our client is committed to delivering sound legal advice and experience by taking the time to understand the their clients business needs, objectives and goals and tailor our approach accordingly, providing advice not options.
You will be a self-motivated and self-reliant corporate law with experience in a broad mix of corporate transactional work. You will have the ability to work on a collaborative basis and have excellent project management, supervision and commercial skills. Given the structure of the firm, you will receive a better career progression track than the traditional PQE model, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.
