In this role you will manage the legal contract process while minimising corporate risk, working with lawyers and internal stakeholders to achieve targeted results and meet client expectations.
You would be responsible for analysing, negotiating terms, and drafting amendments, client contracts with applicable schedules, and other legal documents, interpreting contractual language and incorporating legal and business concepts as well as serving as the primary liaison with client contacts for assigned projects and facilitating and communicating throughout contract cycle.
To be considered you should ideally have a law degree (and preferably the LPC) along with 2 years of in-house legal or contracts experience, specifically with expertise in negotiating and reviewing a range of commercial agreements.
Experience in global payments would also be very beneficial although not essential.
