My client is a leading UK and International law firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals, are now seeking ambitious individuals qualified at all levels to join their busy and fast growing construction department.

The specialist team provides a comprehensive range of construction law solutions across the wide spectrum of projects undertaken in the construction industry. Clients include private and public institutions, property owners, developers, funders, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, suppliers and construction/design consultants.

The ideal candidates will mainly have experience of non-contentious construction law, standard form construction contracts and some experience of commercial and/or housing development work.

A good working knowledge of the various standard form contracts, including JCT, NEC and EPC forms, their standard amendments and market norms is ideal, as is a willingness to take on more bespoke, complex agreements and/or typical development arrangements with appropriate supervision.

There will be opportunities to develop and get involved with business development and marketing strategies.

The candidate must importantly demonstrate the ability to work as a team player, be willing to get involved with a good spectrum of work and have a can do attitude with a view to maintaining the continued growth, success and dynamism of our growing team.
