This international investment management organisation is looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Leeds.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring company secretarial reporting and compliance for the UK companies is completed accurately within statutory time limits and the registers are current and up to date
- Maintaining and updating company information and constitutional documents for all EU companies and funds on Diligent and obtaining regular updates from each local office
- Managing the UK company shares, issue of new certificates and dividend payments
- Obtaining KYC documentation for all new directors and members and liaise with the Compliance Manager as required
This role will also be responsible for a Company Secretarial Assistant and the successful candidate should have experience in financial services or professional services to be successful. An ICSA qualification would also be beneficial.
