This large professional services group is looking for a qualified Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in London.
As an Assistant Company Secretary, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as secretary of certain Group committees.
- Assisting with all board and committee meeting preparation and the Group Company Secretary to maintain the records required pursuant to the FCA and PRA's senior managers' regime.
- Providing technical input as required by the Group Company Secretary to ensure that boards and committees are striving for best practice.
- Assisting the Group Company Secretary to ensure the effective execution of company general meetings and LLP members' meetings.
To be successful in this role you will be GradICSA or ACG status with at least 3 years' company secretarial experience in either financial services or professional services
Please note there will be expectation to be in the office 3 days per week for this role.
